SARAH PALIN AND JOE BIDEN DEBATE THURDAY.

The nation is a buzz about the next debate, Thursday. This one, the Vice Presidential match up with Republican, Sarah Palin and Democrat, Joe Biden. There are concerns from both political parties about their candidates. Some are worried about Joe Biden’s ability to make comments that could hurt the campaign. Conservatives are concerned about Palin being perceived as a novice that is not presidential enough. Sarah Palin recently interviewed with Katie Couric of CBS. Critics say it gives an insight into her abilities as a possible Vice President. What do you think?

Again, Sarah Palin was spoofed by Saturday Night Live for her CBS interview.

  1. Did you know that some people ar calling Palin the female version of George W. Bush? They are saying that already. Not good.

I saw the Palin/Couric interview. A complete mess. Saturday Night Live of course was all over it. The sad thing about it is, you can’t even get on Saturday Night Live too hard for going over the top with their satire skit of her interview because when you track both videos side by side, that is pretty much how she was answering. Aside from the jokes SNL injected, a lot of it was word for word answers and how sad is that?

On the “Joe Biden should take it easy on Sarah Palin during their debate” issue:

That irks me. It irks me because to call it sexism if it is perceived that Biden will go hard on her, isn’t it sexism to demand that Joe Biden does not go hard on her or be his self? Just a question. For people to insist that Joe Biden go easy on Sarah Palin because she is a woman who is inexpereienced in the matters he is (publically known info) isn’t that sexism reversed? Just a question.

How about let’s let Joe Biden be his self and let’s let Sarah Palin be herself. It is what it is. I don’t think a party puts a person on the ticket to “go light” during the debates, or do they?
