With less than two weeks left in the race for the White House, NBC’S Brian Williams sat down With Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin.   Did Sarah Palin do well in this interview?  And, some pundits are saying the interview exposed a low comfort level between McCain and Palin.   Is that what you see in the interview?

  1. This comes off to me as a carefully planned interview attempt on McCain’s campaign part, to make or to help Sarah Palin appear smarter on the issues. By him having to be there with her for this just makes it worse. It defeats the purpose of what they were trying to achieve.

It is obvious there is ZERO chemistry between the two of them.

It’s 100% obvious she does not have a clue on what is being asked or discussed.

McCain and Palin do not look like they are even on the same page together in general topics, life journeys, you name it, let alone as a team.

She looks like in the general public, she wouldn’t give him the time of day. He looks like, in the genral public, she might catch his eye for her looks, but that’s about it.

I saw an article yesterday that stated that Palin is more of a liability to McCain now than before.

That goes right along with the gut feeling I had the first few days I heard the announcement that he picked her.

I said it before and I will say it again, McCain and his camp have, and deep down are, regretting that they picked her but of course they won’t say it publically.

This was an arrangement for political gain. Simple and plain. It was a calculated gamble McCain’s camp took and now they are having to deal with the consequences and repercussions of it. Just a very, very unwise move in my opinion.

When I see McCain look at Palin, he looks at her like a stranger. When I see Palin look at McCain, she looks at him as a stranger. This is a joke.

I can’t even see them holding a polite conversation together, let alone running together as Prez and Vice Prez? Are they serious? Are they kidding us?

This move will be remembered as the “What were they thinking about?” move of this whole race. McCain, what were you thinking?

Terrible judgement. I could not pick a man like that to be President.
